Official Rules for LPIN 2019 Awards

Important: LPIN Awards members must be either LPIN supporters, Courtesan clients, brothel patrons or employed in the LPIN business.  LPIN Awards members must reside in the United States of America or frequent legal Nevada brothels.  Members must register and maintain a valid email address.  Board Member and Voter Registration email addresses must be well known providers like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or etcetera.  VPN registration, Virtual Private Network, is prohibited since it hides a member's real IP address and encrypts their internet connection.  Violations of this registration agreement will result in termination of membership.   

This is an awards website where LPIN Awards contest announcements are posted; however, it is not a typical message board where members post general discussion topics; therefore, members are only permitted to post in the questions and suggestions forum in reference to the awards or awards process.  Members are not allowed to advertise other business enterprises through this website.  Members must login to confirm their initial registration within sixty days or it will be assumed that it's a spam registration and be removed.  Furthermore, members must login regularly or their account will be considered inactive and subject to purge after one year.   

Please understand that LPIN Awards board registration is separate from voter registration; therefore, prospective voters who are LPIN clients or brothel patrons must submit a voter registration form located in the LPIN Awards current contest forum.  Voter Registration forms must be completed including prospective voter's handle, valid email address, several references, and must be submitted during the designated voter registration period to cast ballots in the LPIN Awards contests.  It's imperative that Courtesan clients, brothel patrons or customers register to voter since their perspectives of Courtesans and brothels is required for a legitimate assessment of the candidates' performance from a client's point of view.  Courtesans, brothel management and employees shall be precluded from registering to vote and casting ballots in LPIN Awards contests, since it's deemed a conflict of interest.  Registered Voters who fail to cast a ballot in at least one of the three ballot casting rounds during a contest year will be removed from the Official Registered Voters List.

All topics posted in this forum were written, composed or authored by the LPIN Awards Committee for the purpose of coordinating awards contests.  Therefore, all material and text contained in this forum are the sole property of the LPIN Awards Committee.  The current awards committee members' handles are Armond, Chicago Bob, Firefighter, Lee, MrTShirt, and advisor Little Richard.

Registrants as LPIN Awards board members agree through their use of this forum that they will not post any material which is false, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or in violation of any International, United States Federal or Nevada State law.  In addition, members shall refrain from criticizing or making derogatory comments concerning LPIN Awards members, LPIN Courtesans, LPIN personnel or LPIN brothels. 

Members agree not to post any copyrighted material unless they own the copyright, give credit to the author, or have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material.  Internet troll activity, hijacking topics, spam, junk, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, illegal activities, solicitations, promoting or engaging in any business pursuit, or activities contrary to the scope of LPIN are forbidden on this forum.

Members further agree not to divulge LPIN Awards board members, LPIN Awards registered voters or LPIN personnel's personal information or reveal their true identities.  LPIN Awards board members must be legal residents of the United States of America, its territories, commonwealth or possessions.

LPIN Awards Committee Announces the LPIN Awards Contests

LPIN Awards will continue to coordinate COY, BOY & RBOY Awards Contests.

The Awards Committee registered lpinawards.com for future contests when cwmcawards.com was scheduled for termination.  LPIN Awards was chosen to organize the contests for several reasons.  The Awards Committee believes it is best to sever the CWMC Awards relationship and not revitalize it for the contests.  LPIN Awards is totally independent and doesn't have an alliance with any message board or forum.  Furthermore, the awards committee believes that the LPIN Awards name is not offensive to Courtesans which was an important concern, better defines the awards, and relates to Nevada's LPIN Statutes.

LPIN Awards Voter Registration opens September 1 and closes midnight December 31 PST. 
Nomination Period begins April 10 and ends midnight April 19 PST.
Preliminary Voting Round begins April 22 and ends midnight May 1 PDT.
Final Voting Round begins May 4 and ends midnight May 13 PDT.
LPIN Awards will be Presented at LPIN Awards Banquets on the third Friday in July.

It won't be necessary to email ballots since the automated HTML ballot casting system is operational. 
If voters are unable to cast their ballots, PM the LPIN Awards Committee handle or email vote@lpinawards.com for assistance.

LPIN Awards Announcements

The Awards Committee would like to acknowledge Courtesan of the Year Rachel Varga for donating a very generous gift of professional web developer custom services to construct our LPIN Awards website to our specifications.  The Awards Committee would not have been able to coordinate a first-rate contest without Rachel's contribution.  Rachel is owed a great debt of gratitude for her benevolence and generosity.
